You should speak to an IP firm for a bit of free advice. It all depends on your indivual circumstances as to what the best option is for you. This will take into account what you earn, any equity, your employment etc and you can then make the final decision yourself with all the facts available. Good luck.

Hi,

What you are able to do will be dependent upon your circumstances, so we could do with a little more detail.

I think you need to take advice from an Insolvency Practitioner. Visit www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews. Give one or two a ring and you will receive free and impartial advice as to all the options open to you and the best way forward for your circumstances.

Advice costs nothing - but peace of mind is priceless, and at least you will find out what options there are available to you to try and deal with your debts.
