Sorry not sure what happened there I pressed something and totally lost the whole page and only posted my signature.....
It was supposed to read....
I have received a solicitors letter over the weekend from lloydstsb requesting the full balance of 1 of my credit cards by the 17th! On it it has a number to ring to speak to lloyds re this but is there something more I can do. I have answered every phone call and replyed to every letter since all this started back in feb....but all along they have refused to acknowledge any correspondence from my DMP company. I just keep going round in circles with them....they ring....I explain....they ring....I explain! Its really frustrating as all other creditors have stopped interest etc yet Lloyds are doing nothing to solve the situation. We are therefore now hoping to eneter an IVA the meeting is on the 24th, lloyds have been told of this, during my last CHAT with them but now this.....sorry rant over now!!Any ideas???

I would not worry about this letter - send it to your IP for him/her to deal with and good luck for 24th. It is probably a computer generated letter, which has had no input from the team at Lloyds who are dealing with voluntary arrangements.

If you have a creditors meeting on 24th then presumably someone in their IVA department has been dealing with you to assist you putting the proposals together? Sounds like you are using a large "factory" firm of IPs, where they may have specific people dealing with specific tasks - so if they have told you to send it to your DMP manager, I am sure that must be right.
