Curtis Faraday are licensed insolvency practitioners and members of R3 and the insolvency practitioner's association. As such the advice you should receive is impartial and correct. There is nothing to stop you asking another firm for a second opinion as insolvency is not an exact science and there may alternatives to a DMP. Do you know why a DMP was advised as opposed to an IVA?

How was the approach made?? Did you contact them 1st?

Talk to a few Ip firms, check them out on iva.com,where you will find reviews etc and customer comments.

I would never recommend going with a company which cold calls. They have no idea of your circumstances.

If you are in trouble, then contact one of the experts who post on here - you will receive free and impartial advice and a service second to none.

You can find their details by clicking on the experts link on the left hand side of the page.

I agree with Jan. I am always wary of companies cold calling for any reason. The experts who post on here are all highly reputable and have had a lot of positive feedback on here.
