There is nothing to stop you asking another firm for a second opinion as insolvency is not an exact science and there may alternatives to a DMP. Do you know why a DMP was advised as opposed to an IVA?
I would never recommend going with a company which cold calls. They have no idea of your circumstances.

I agree with Jan. I am always wary of companies cold calling for any reason. The experts who post on here are all highly reputable and have had a lot of positive feedback on here.
