everytime i call them i get told im getting pushed up teh chain but nothing happens. I did say to them if i had missed a payment they would soon be chasing me so why should it be okay for me to wait a whole year and waiting to be discharged. This is adding an extra year on my IVA as its not showing as closed until the credit ref agency get the certificate but no one at GT understand my frustration. I find them to be rude very unhelpful and pity any poor person that has years left on an IVA with them

Hi

Let's hope Karol picks this up as it does seem an incredibly long time that you have had to wait.

They do seem to be getting on top of completions of late and matters are rapidly improving. Hopefully Karol will pick up on this and will be in touch.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I have been told thid several times before so im not holding my breath as to whether this will happen. I ma just getting so frustrated as i have pretty much had an extras year added to my IVA which has been no fault of my own esp as i have paid everything on time and hwne requested

Goodmorning all,

Grant Thornton called me this morning to let me know my completion documents have been issued and to expect them in the post very soon, that is the best news i have had since my wife said "I do" last year.
