Credit Fix- Unable to contact to them.
I want some more information as they have taken over.
I called on Friday but never heard anything back. I would prefer to discuss over the phone.

Hi, we have a few posters who have been transferred to CreditFix so hopefully they'll be along very soon to offer their view on contacting them.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi Charlotte,

I had been having issues aswell surrounding contact.

I called this number: 01415651300 and did have to wait for around 10 mins, but did speak to someone when I got through.

They also have an email address: info@creditfixme.co.uk

Hope these help.
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA :)

Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

It took me about 10 minutes on the phone to get through did speak to someone in customer services who was very pleasant however nobody got back in touch to answer my original query, via email I cannot seem to get any further than customer services that's if you are lucky enough to get a reply. Seems to be very hit and miss as to whether you can contact them. I'd possibly send them an email asking them to call you.
Debt free after a successful f&f :)

I wouldn't hold out much hope of an email response, I'm still waiting for a response to an email of 11 Dec, which I have chased up twice....so far.
