I have been out of my IVA for 18 months. Would I have to hand over successful PPI claim ?

my iva was finished 18 months ago is there a time limet on witch this ends? for example in 3or for years time i get a windfall would i still have to pay it to the ip
if the windfall was legally due/claimable
before end of IVA - it's due to the IP forever n ever
after the end of the IVA (with completion certificate) - all yours

if aunty sue died today and the IVA was still in progress any inheritance would go to the IP (regardless when it was paid)

If if got my completion certificate issued tomorrow and aunty sue died the day after the inheritance would be mine
