welcome to the forum- have you been discharged from the bankruptcy? - how long ago?
Why would you need to enter an IVA - all your debts would have been dealt with during the bankruptcy. If you have a disposible income over £20 per month - you would /will likely to enter a 3 year payment order.
Any assets you have ie house PPI etc at the moment belong to the OR anyway

You can enter an IVA if you are not already discharged and the OR can explain the options to you. If you have just been made bankrupt and want to overturn this quickly you should get the urgent advice of an insolvency firm.
I have just been to see the OR today. Declared bankrupt on 12th July 2012.

Difficult questions to answer without knowing the full facts of your case - best to speak with an insolvency practitioner or two to see what options there are available to you. Your individual circumstances will usually dictate the level of return to offer.
