I have a health health problem and need to get a strategy sorted just in case and so that I can stop panicking.

If I was off work for approx six weeks and only get statutory sick pay what are my options with regard to my iva etc. My work don't know I'm in a iva.

Approximately essential essential bills, rent, gas, electronic water, council tax is 800 pound's a month , my iva is 340 a month. My boyfriend could let me have approximately 400 a month.......

I really don't want to take a payment break....

If you are off work you can request a payment break and if this turns into a long term thing you can ask for creditors to acceopt what has been paid to date as full and final settlement. Last resort would be for your boyfriend to fund the IVA as it is not his problem.
