I am also a professional clinician with the NHS. I have just had a date for my creditors meeting, and been approved for a lease car as its cheaper than the HP on my current car which i cannot afford. I didnt have to declare any IVA or anythign like that. It does not affect your job and your employer doesnt need/have to know. Try not to worry, it will be ok x
