I finished paying into my iva in oct 2011 and thought was it I waited almost 8 months and heard nothing I was approached by several companys about claiming back ppi when I informed them I had entered an iva they said they couldnt help after all eventuallyacompany said they could help gt got in touch and asked if I would agree to ppi claimes I informed them I had all ready done this and when I asked when I would get my closure certificate they said that because of something to do with the vat it was held up that I should phone at a later date which I did for the past couple of months I was told I would be in the next batch to be signed of they were waiting to hear from my creitors I would like to get this over with but there just doesn't seem to be an end to this what should I do

We are in the same boat waiting for closure last payment May 2011 . We e mail them constantly but get excuses which are wearing thin . Have it in writing that we have paid everything and creditors agreed for closure . This forum has been wonderful and the support given gives you hope that one day soon it will,end. Good luck

Sorry guys please excuse my ignorance are you saying that you completed your IVA nearly 2 years ago and yet you still haven't had official confirmation that it is complete?

That's right. Ours is back with the closure team again after creditors agreed for closure but that was back in May and we are still waiting

Ours is in fact 2 years and 2 months since last payment .
