Sorry, I don't mean to sound like Victor Meldrew! Dave has finally sold the flat and had an offer accepted on a maisonette and he has spent today filling out the solicitor's forms - talk about repeating information! He was filling out the form to state what fixtures and fittings are included in the sale, and the bit I am having trouble believing is where you have to confirm whether the DOUBLE GLAZING is included in the sale! Do people really take out the double glazing before they move, and if so, what do they do with it?!?!?!

Sorry, I know it's a bit of a strange topic, but I'm sitting here on my own (Dave is down the pub and I'm on taxi duty!) and I had to share it with someone!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

When we moved into our house - the previous owners took everything they could possibly grab including the lightbulbs, loo-roll holders and bathroom taps - so I guess double-glazing could possibly be at risk!!!

You're joking! I couldn't be bothered with taking the loo roll holder off the wall, and as for taking the taps off...

Us to when we moved in the nice brass light switches and plug sockets had changed to white plastic! We also paid him outside of the mortgage for some furniture which also disappeared!! When we asked for it back he said I didn't think you wanted the whole bedroom suite!
