Bol I don't think you should get too hung up about the return dividend to the creditor! Obviously some will return a higher dividend than others! The most important fact is that you adhere to an iva for the term agreed or pay off early if able to and that lessons are learnt! I know that I am now able to budget effectively, am less of a risk than have ever been and will not hopefully ever live beyond my means! I am sure that most others feel the same! The banks etc have also hopefully had lessons learnt by irresponsible lending! I don't think we should judge those who feel that they have been wronged as it is their perception that causes them to feel like this! At the end if the day the creditors are not giving out any brownie points unless you pay back 100% plus stat interest plus fees!! I am just grateful that I completed as agreed! The insolvency and bad credit rating still sticks despite the dividend returned unless paid in full!!

Oh and sympathy for the banks can be found in the dictionary only after hearing this week of the corruption etc!! And the 2 million bonus fee for being corrupt!! A little pit of money from ppi is a drop in ocean in comparison!! ;)
