i completed my iva in march 2011 when i was made redundant i paid off £3800 i was told it would take 3 months to get my certificate.i got a private company to enquire about my ppi,i phoned robson scott today 18/10/2012 to my shock and and dismay to find out my case is still open and they refuse to issue my certificate they will not issue until they have checked possible ppi claims i wouldnt of even known about this if i hadnt of phoned them i think it is ridiculous that nearly a year and a half down the line and im still waiting for this so called certificate and i will still have yet 8 more years to get myself off the black list?
