Just thought i would update you all regarding my previous question.Contacted GT this afternoon at 2-30 spoke to the advisor whom i spoke too in Febuary,he could not give me any news?well there is a surprise! He said some one would contact me when i got in from work at approx 5-15.I said that i thought that they only worked until 5-00 yes he said but people are now working until 7 to get rid of the back log.Yes you have guessed it no-one phoned,so i phoned them back only to get through to the call centre who informed me that all offices were now closed!!!Is this poor management or the left hand not knowing what the right is doing,i am really beginning to dispair.Help

Hopefully the GT representative will pick up on this tomorrow. Clearly they haven't today, I'm not entirely sure why the previous thread was locked tbh.

Hi Lowi. I think you will find that they were working on the backlog, but the phones are closed to incoming calls to allow them to get the work done. However, that is no excuse for not returning a promised call.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I strongly recommend that you correspond directly with Karol. She has been doing a fantastic job for GT clients since joining the forum and I am sure she will be able to sort out your difficulties. Definately worth a try!

I agree, it seems contacting GT via Karol is the only option at the moment to get problems resolved, it shouldnt be but it is!

Sad to say but its almost an everyday occurance problems with GT are being posted about, so much there even getting locked until they respond!!! [:o]

Spoke to a very nice lady at GT today sounds as though she knows what she is talking about and took time to explain things to me.It appears that one of the creditors owe me money which GT are now trying to recover???She is sending me a letter explaining it all,i do hope so.I will still be contacting Karol at GT will keep you all posted, and thanks again for all your support.
