i am due to finish my iva at the end of this month, officially thats when iva started at five years from end of march 2004, but previous to this i paid a companty called buckley stephens for four months, my husband thinks this 2000 paid to them should be taken into account, as they then put us on the iva, we owe arrears of overtime money, and he said he cant understand where that money went or what is was for he assumed towards the iva, should the iva company take that on board and deduct of arrears owing, also a new contract will be set up for arrears payment not sure if i will get charges from the compant on top of the arrears due do you know, thanks
I agree with Mrs S that the £2000 will probably have been swallowed by fees.
If your IVA company is saying that you owe arrears of overtime, then you will need to clear these before the IVA can be completed.

Hi
You need to look at your original Chairmans report, or your first annual report as any surplus before you entered into your IVA will have been declared.
My gut feeling is that these have been kept for fees.
As for the overtime arrears you should be able to tag on a month or two's extra payments to clear these

Exactly what was requested of you when you paid over the £2,000?
