I am with Freeman Jones and when my husband went back to work we had to complete a new income and expenditure. We now pay 50% of his net income into our IVA and this is after all expenses that we declared on our expenditure sheet eg. extra petrol, clothing etc. i have to say I have had no problems with Freeman Jones so far, they have been helpful even when I had to take a pay cut last year to keep my job. Maybe I am lucky with my case wroker , she is has been brilliant to deal with.

What a shame that you are having to rely on an internet based forum for advice, rather than getting it from the people who are being paid to supervise your IVA. Have you complained about the level of service Teresa, and asked if it would be possible to have a dedicated case worker you could refer to.

Perhaps you and nomoredosh could swap notes off the forum, and maybe the person he/she is dealing with could help you.

I would be happy to do that Theresa, I think I might be very lucky with my caseworker, she is effecient, always answers my questions quickly and if she doesn't know the answer will go off to seek help. She is almost like a friend to me now and I feel I can ring her with any worries and she puts me at ease straight away.

What you need to do is add each other as frugal friends. Go to your profile, find the bit which says add a friend and then just scroll down until you find the person you want and then add them as a friend. As long as you do the same the other person can email you.

Sorry to hear you're having problems contacting your IP, off forum advice from posters is great and I would use the link that Kal posted to contact your IP direct and hopefully he/she will reply direct and not forward this to a co-worker.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
