I second and third whatever everyone has said here, personal experience of what each and every one of us is going through is priceless and to be able to help so many people too, no wonder he won the debt councellor of the year, i think this whole site should be awarded something, not only for the advice and support but also for those experts who give their time freely and answer questions too. IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
I strongly believe that this place can have more of an impact on people making the right decisions regarding debt than anywhere else either online or off!!
The blend of professionals and mentors who have been through all of the insolvency processes themselves makes this place one in a million.

Quite agree Paul - the impact it has on the whole of the debt industry is phenomenal.
I think the fact that it is non judgemental (unlike some other sites) makes it the best. You can come on here and know that nobody is going to be anything other than supportive.
Andy Davie ? what i think is,of sound mind,very polite,but also which is more important regarding advice is,realistic and honest,the latter is paramount when advising people with debt or any other problems.
