How long will it take???

I am almost coming to completion of my IVA with a company! They have informed me 3 weeks ago that they now have the funds from the sale of my house and that they have finalised all matters ready to complete transactions. I have tried to contact them regarding how long this will take and if there is anything else to do but they are never available to take my phone calls and are not responding to my emails.
Does anyone know what the next step is with this? Surely once funds were available it would be sorted within days? A very frustrated Matt

Its not unknown for it to take anything up to 3 months to finalise everything and send out a completion certificate. Hang in there, at least you know its finished.
