Hello everyone just to let you know my husband received his final report and certificate of completion today!!!!!! we are sooooo happy!!!!! Would not have happened without all your help so thank you again!!! We can finally move on in our lives, and hopefully move house too!!!! As we are a family of 4 in a tiny 2 bedroom house. Looking forward to The future.
congratulations great feeling isnt it,dont forget check the insolvency register.
youll be on it for 3 months then you can realy get on with your life.again well done.

Thank you everyone, do any of you know much about moving after an Iva? I’m desperate, for about the last 5 years ha, but obviously Iva has kept us here. I understand rates will be higher I will need more of a deposit but can we do it? Is it ok to apply for mortgage? Thank you

Have a chat with Ryan or Shaun .... you will need a specialist broker to avoid pitfalls, but, once you have cleared your credit files a "normal" mortgage should be in reach from certain lenders.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
