With my IVA been approved last Friday how long should it take to recieve the chairmans report, and all the paper work to reach my creditors ? Still getting a few calls have told them that my IVA has been approved but they tell me they will keep on calling me untill they recieve all the paper work.
IVA completed

Hi whichwaynow,

Im not certain of the exact amount of time for the chairmans report to reach your creditors but I would've thought it would be more than 2 or 3 weeks.

Sometimes although your IVA has been accepted it can take a while longer for the news to reach the right departments with each creditor. If you continue to get calls/letters I would refer them to your I.P involved.

I had the same problem and gave them the court reference numbers to any creditors who called and that soon stopped the calls
