Hi,

How long does an IVA stay on record after the 5 year payment period?

I am not sure if I am misreading but I have seen a few posts that suggest 6 years. Now is this 5 years in the IVA 1 year after the IVA has been settled, or is this 6 years after the 5 year IVA?

Thanks

Hi there

The iva would be on your record 6 years from the date it started.

Welcome to the Forum kilohurtz,

An IVA will remain on your credit report for a period of 5 years + 1 extra year from the commencement of the IVA.
