How do the IVA company and myself arrange a remortgage to release equity in year 4 if no one is going to give you a mortgage due to credit rating from being in an IVA?

Hi Jurobo
you will be asked to apply to a couple of mortgage companies to try and remortgage. If you are declined then a further 12 months will be added to the term of your iva in lieu of any equity best wishes R

If you have equity it is possible to get a secured loan and avoid the extension or a total remortgage. Your IP should have details on this product.
