I am currently in an IVA, but my circumstances have changed and I would like to end the arrangement. Can anyone give any advice of how I could go about this?

Thanks

Hi and welcome.

Sorry to hear about your problems. You should speak to your IP and see if there is anyway they can help you in the first instance. You may be able to get your payments reduced.

You can end the IVA by missing three payments but then you will be back to square one with your creditors. How are you going to manage then?

How long have you been in the IVA and which company are you with?

Hi,when you say circumstances have changed do you mean for the worse or for the better and you are now able to meet your previous commitments?
