Hi we did a first and final iva nearly 3 years ago but a lot of stuff still seems to be on our credit report unsatisfied and even had letters for 2 of the companys demanding payments!! How do I sort this please? Secondly Ive seen on here before about a car finance company that helps even after ivas does anyone know the details? Thanks Sarah

My advice get all three CR's and get them cleaned up, post six years your IVA drops off. At that point you'll have a very good credit rating assuming that you've kept you accounts in good order. You've then a very good chance at getting regular high street lending. If you read that last few posts about credit ratings you'll see what I mean
