Gill

Tina and I will be reviewing your case tomorrow and I will have a chat with you at some stage to allay all of the fears you currently have about the IVA.

Do you mean the IVA? Or the chat with me? Please could I urge you to give Tina a ring tomorrow and let her know what is bothering you. I can appreciate the thoughts you are having at the moment, but we are all here to help you and the end result will be worth it.

gill745 - do speak to Tina at Melanies - I am sure they will allay your fears and sort out with you the position of the property. To me it is in your name as nominee for you and others. That should not present any problem for your IVA and can be catered for. Don't give up and don't worry too much - everyone here only wants to offer you support and advice. Take it please in the spirit it is given.

I am on line and I have reviewed your case today and I think it is fine to put forward to creditors. Don't worry about the property, as the situation with this will be clearly explained to your creditors and I have dealt with this type of arrangement many times before.

Now we have to start the work of gathering up your information, and my team will be in touch via letter tomorrow to explain everything that we need. I have a nice lady called Claire who will be looking after your case from start to finish, and she is lovely, so you really now have nothing to worry about.

Hope to speak to you in person soon.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
