Hi
we have 2 payments left on our iva which is a relief after 6 long years! I wondered will we have to do a review at the end like we normally do each year or does it just end. Also do i just cancel the standing order after the payment on 1st Feb or do i have to wait for confirmation from our iva company.
Thank you

Hi Kelly and well done on getting to this milestone.

You should confirm with your IP that you can stop payments. They will do a final review, and then sort out final payments to the creditors.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

well done, all the hard work is almost over, after the next payment contact your ip to remind them and then ask about cancelling your dd,but this should be automatic done anyway on their side, normally you should not need to do another reveiw, after all this is done you then have to wait for completion letter depending who you are with could take anything from a few weeks and with other ip many months.

TA, they will need to check that you haven't had overtime or extra income during the final year that should have been paid in.
