Hi we are in our third year of an IVA with no missed or late payments my husband is in the forces and due leave almost at the end of the forth year however he leaves the forces with quite a large one off pention payment with only one yr left in the iva can we make a final settlment ? will they take money from us we would like to clear all dept but will it only be the reduced dept that was agreed to pay back or will we have to pay the lot really confused my husband is currently working away so cant get the answers from ip

You need to speak directly to your IP. Pensions are normally excluded assets, so a full and final offer may be more than acceptable, but without seeong your own individual proposal I can't say for definite one way or the other.
