Hi thank you for al you reply on my previous question. Now all documents sent off , telephone meeting on 30.08. no idea what to say. Debt is £66000.00 both me and my husband together. our Creditor will get 16% and mine less than that so no idea if they will accept it. If not what to do? My house is in negative equity so if we go Bankrupt, they will not get anything at least with this proposal they will get back some money a little. Will they negociate anything? do I need to accept ? if not what will happend?
I am so worried

Hi,

Your telephone meeting will go through everything with you and make sure that you understand exactly what they are talking to you about. They would not be putting you forward if they didn't think you would be accepted.

Try not to stress - I know it's hard.

You can ask anything on here at anytime, someone will know the answer.

Can not really add anything to what the others have said - apart from welcome to the forum and to add my support.

Offers of 16p in the £ are regularly accepted these days, so I am sure that if you are putting your best offer forward that it will be accepted.
