Hi. My IVA states I can earn 10% over my normal monthly take home pay in bonus. I am due to find out if I will be paid an annual bonus and, because it is paid in a single payment, concerned this will be seen as a monthly figure rather than earned over the whole year. Please can anyone advise?

Hi,

When you are notified of this bonus, I would contact your IP and inform them of the fact and how much it is going to be.

I believe you will keep the 10%, and if your proposal states, 50% of the rest. The rest will have to be paid over to your IVA

Hi
Yes, if your take home is £1500 per month you can keep the first £150 of your net bonus then the remainder will be split 50/50
