Fugazi, my wife has just come back - she was so angry at what N/R have done to you - your post is now firmly stuck on their window in full view for all the tourists to read. She took off your nickname just incase it is traceable. She also showed it to our PP who is working hard for debtors - he took a copy and is writing to N/R. His letter, priest or no priest, will not be very polite.

well I hope it helps some one else in the future, though I suspect NR will just say that each case is judged individually and they are not prepared to discuss it, but if it keeps one person from taking a loan with them then i'm happy, they should have been left to fall last year and not had tax payers money to bail them out, especially when they treat those tax payers with utter contempt.

Melanie, I'm quite happy to email you a copy of my original proposal, if you would care to take a look at it?

I'll happily take a look Fugazi, to see if I can spot any deal makers in it - but now you have said who your IP is, I am sure that they are fully IVA protocol compliant.

As a mattet of interest, is the loan one linked to a Together mortgage, or is it just a bulk standard unsecured loan?

Mel - if you wish to post an address to Fugazi, I don't have a problem with it.

If you could help them out, it would be great.

As soon as they acknowledge the address, I'll delete it from the post.

i really hope you can help out melanie. I know in an ip position it is difficult to be publically critical of creditors but if you knew the full story of my proposal and what has happened to fugazi you have to wonder on the rationale of the decision makers. Im sure the decision to reject this extra monies in difficult to justify commercially
