Hi Diane.65,
Whilst it's always best to maintain payments to your IVA any change in circumstance, which means payments are no longer affordable, must be taken into consideration.
Given your offer of a F&F to your creditors and the requirement for you to meet your mortgage payment I see no reason why, in this instance we couldn't consider delaying the payment until we know the outcome of your F&F proposal.
I've asked for your relationship Manager to give you a call and explain in detail how this would affect your IVA should your F&F be unsuccessful.
I'm sure we can get this sorted for you and fingers crossed we'll be posting good news come the 8th March!.
Thank you

When I put my F&F in I have missed two month after loss of job, for the same reson as yourself mortgage payments .
But my F&f was being offered from the sale of my flat.
it got a yes, as it was a better offer then if I had gone BR.
good luck for the 8th
IVA now over with and it was worth it.
now starting my life again,
