Yes, NTF have been excellent throughout my IVA, no complaints at all, I'm just very eager to get the CC and move on with my life as soon as possible, thanks for everyone's support, I'll let you know how I get on after I contact them Monday!

Hi, thank you for your positive response, I intend ringing your office Monday PM after I finish work, could you advise the best person to speak to at NTF that could help with your suggestion above?
