Hi All, my overtime is paid as a salary. I have letters confirming this. Will this be accepted ?

Hi All,

I'm new in an IVA from Febuary this year , my review is due in December.

I do overtime everymonth and is within the boundries of what I was allowed to earn My question is a strange one my over time is paid as a salary and not listed as OT on my payslip. I have letters that confirms it is overtime and if I dont do it I get deducted. Will this be accepted from my supervisor , it works out about £125 which is well within what im allowed to earn before they take half.

Many Thanks.

Mark.

This should be fine as it would have been addressed at the time the proposal was drafted. However, your IP may increase the figure they use for the basic income if it appears that this is a pay rise so you need to make them aware.
