Morning,

You thought you'd seen the last of me but I'm back :)

Hubby received paperwork yesterday from McD re the creditors accepting the F&F. Once he's signed and returned it, is that it? Do we have anything else to do/wait for?

Don't know the answer to this I'm afraid as I don't know a lot about about F&F..... BUT I'm sure someone will... hang around I'm sure someone will enlighten you. Congratulations again.

You'll just have to wait for your completion letter and then you can start to tidy your credit files up.

Hi

Congratulations from myself too.

If there is money to distribute this will need to be done before the completion certificate is issued

Regards

The IVA cannot be shut down until at least 28 days have passed from the date of approval so this would also need to be taken into account. Any doubts or queries and give the office a call.

OK, so money needs distributing, 28 days to wait until IVA can be closed and then we wait for the completion certificate.

I'll stop bothering you all now lol - I just like to have things straight in my head :)

Please don't stop 'bothering' us (your words) as you're not and secondly your experience will help another viewer of the forum that maybe doesn't want to post.

Hope your certificate arrives in a timely fashion and enjoy your debt free future. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
