Hi Thanna

I'm no expert at all on any of this but if it's their system that's having a problem putting through the payment and not the card or funds, I can't imagine at all that your f&f will fail. Surely your ip firm can come up with a way roud whatever the problem is.
Hope it all works out for you.
I'm sure someone else who knows more that me will be along very soon to advise you.

I can't offer any help either Thanna.

Ring Tenon again and get them to try again.

I really don't know what to suggest.

I presume the details that have been given to Tenon are correct? No problem with any of the numbers?

This is rather concerning - and whilst I am sure you are relieved to get the full and final settlement offer accepted, perhaps a little more thought ought to have been put into the sourcing of the funds. Personally I like to have third party funds in hand at the time I propose the variation.

I am sure that this will be resolved for you shortly, and hope your sister does manage to release the money for you to pay over.

Sounds like they are having problems with their direct debit procedures.
