HI.
went into an Iva last May 2009. We have earnt over 8K . Now very worried as the annual review is here. what will happen?
As we dont want this to fail , noticed also on income and expenditure it did not take into account the childcare that we have had to pay for holiday clubs etc for children( have no receipt to prove this aswell). Help i am sick with worry

Just talk to your IP. Do you mean you have earnt £8k extra that you have to pay part of over to your IVA??
Review time is a big worry for most people, but its part and parcel of the IVA. If theres something missing from your expenditure then put it down at the review.

Do you mean that you have earned £8k more than the income you disclosed on your IVA proposal? What provisions were there in the proposal for you to have to pay over additional earnings on top of your usual IVA contributions?

Yes we have earnt more than was given in our earnings. When we took IVA out we comfirmed to the IVA that we would still have a family member to pa for a loan for at least 7 months after taking IVA. Also various things had happened our car needing fixing and also childcare needed to be paid etc etc. And how we dealt with this was by doing overtime. And even though we did this we have still only been keeping our heads above water.

Sick with worry.

Hi Melo,

You need to speak to your IP company about this and tell them what has happened.

You need to tell them about the childcare etc and this should be taken into account.

Family members loans should have been included in the IVA and not preferred. I find it remarkable that this has gone on with your IP's knowledge!
