Hopefully you will as it is not worth a lot and you don't have long to go.

once the all clear has been given by the courts then i will be in my oils, it will be like a tank off my shoulders, and things will be amazing, Viki is like 100% sure that they will accept my Br aswell which is unreal, so within in the next 4 weeks think it will be on the way to being sorted or comlplete

You can generally keep a car on HP Steve after bankruptcy, so long as it is not of excessive value, or the payments exceptionally high - however this must be with the permisison of the HP company who will be advised of your bankruptcy by the OR.

well i took the car out over 5 years, at the time i has another car on HP but traded it in for a new one, the total cost which i took out was around 11k, the new car was 8500, i have been paying £211 for aorund 42 months now, so hpefully i can still keep it and pay it off as i realy need the car

It depends on the current value of the car - the level of your ongoing monthly payment does not look too bad buy Vikki shoulkd be able to advise you.

Your bankruptcy application to the Courts should present no problem - its all paperwork. Good luck.

i have looked at the current value and the cost of the car which has a nasty scrape on the side due to my wife,,, would cost around £1700

So you should have no problem in keeping it once you are declared bankrupt.

hello everyone, well its been 5 days since i found this site and in the last few days i can see the light, its just a matter of time now that i get the ball rolling and a court date is set. once all this has been done the weight of my shoulders will fell like im flying, the day cant come quick enough now for me to get it all out the way
