Hi everyone, I am awaiting my creditors meeting next week so as well as me being a nervous wreck about that my mother has just dropped a bombshell on me saying that her and her boyfriend are looking at moving in together and buying a new house (which doesn't include me) they want me out in a year knowing my iva situation. I am hoping to move in with my boyfriend when he buys a home but things can change in a year even if you dont want them too. Does anyone know what my options could be housing wise whilst in an iva? Im abit scared that this iva was a bad idea

Hi, you can move house and move in with your boyfriend whilst in an IVA. Try not to let it put too much of a hold on your life. Everything will be the same for about a year so if you're happy to proceed with the IVA then go ahead and the changes can be dealt with at the time they happen as like you say lots of things can change and sometimes for the better. Have a chat with your IP if you are unsure to iron out any queries. Good luck for your meeting.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
