My gf is entering into an Iva and was told to get a basic new bank account- she did this
Now her account has been frozen- including her kids accounts. This is her only means of money- will the money be take ??

This always seems to happen at weekends !!!! The bank have probably, mistakenly, instituted bankruptcy procedures. They should unfreeze the accounts when the error of their ways is made clear to them ... which bank was this ?

Was this the new accounts frozen or the old ones ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Shouldn't do but they should not have frozen the children's accounts. I would get her to open one with the co-op.
