This is a total disgrace! If you are on FB then I suggest you post on their FB page and tell them what you think of them.
I would also contact them and say that you are escalating this and will also be claiming damages for the distress caused.

Report them to ofcom which is what my friend did and they gave him the number of the directors office and it got sorted within a very short time.
Don't know if you have the Mail on Sunday but I'd also consider getting in touch with Tony Hetherington on there - this is the sort of story he loves to get his teeth into.

I'm trying to find out the address of who to complain to.
I'm appalled at this treatment, my stepson spoke to them two days after my hubby's passing.

I had to do a separate search away from their web site just to get that.

My friend said the same. I did try and see if he had a phone number but other than the ones that don't work there was nothing.
This is totally shoddy for this poster when she has enough on her plate and they have no idea what sympathy is. Let's hope that they are never in this position.
