Get on the phone to them - if they don't get in touch then start a complaint going.

lilaclady - send in that complaint letter.

She made a public statement about getting in contact and failed to do so.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Phone call to DFD....

Apparently Laura finished at 5pm today, so I've been sat here frightened to move incase I missed the call....like a b***** lemon!!!!

Nothing on the system about why she wanted to make contact with me but apparently due to my work commitments tomorrow I will miss contact again due to us both working 9-5pm.

The young lady I spoke to, has informed me that she will email Laura to inform her I have rang and I was expecting a call. However she said she will put in the email to Laura that I will now be expecting a call this Friday at 5pm.

I can't understand why there was nothing on the system so the young lady I spoke to could have answered my questions. She said there was nothing on the system to say they were expecting my call. I then went on to explain about the forum and that Laura had requested I email DFD forum support, which I did last night. I also posted on here hoping that one of the messages would be picked up. But it doesn't look like either of them was seen [|)]

I'm feeling dreadfully disappointed, disillusioned, upset and vulnerable at the moment. I feel such a fool raising my hopes, when will all this come to an end????
life never seems to be the way we want it to be, but we live it the best we can . there is no perfect life but we can fill it with perfects moments.....

This is despicable treatment and I really feel for you. Put that complaint in asap!

Hoping she calls you tomorrow. Customer Service is poor I agree and if promised a call should have been made.

Lilaclady - you need to stop being understanding and start working on the basis that your personal situation and personal needs are important.

This has dragged on too long and is now at the stage that DFD have their own agenda which is basically trying to stick their head in the sand.

I would also seriously recommend that DFD find a new rep to the board.

I have to agree with LNE - it's dragged on far too long and they publicly stated they would ring you, they haven't.

Don't say what you can't achieve, Laura must've been in work yesterday so it can't be she was sick, if you were told she had left at 5pm.

No excuse for poor customer care.

Bumping this up once again!

DFD have previously withdrawn representation on the forum when things have been heated before, and could well do again.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
