I am wondering if it is possible to request a change of IVA Case Officer? We have never dealt with our IP, just this Case Officer, and we really do not like her at all. We find her rude, condescending and abrupt. She almost makes us feel like we owe her money personally! We know we will have to stay with the same UVA company (Payplan), and with the same IP, but can't we request a different Case Officer?
There is no harm in you asking to change your case officer, if you find it impossible to have access to your IP. Sometimes personalities do clash, and no-one should have to be subjected to rudeness. Do let your IP know how you feel, as it is possible that this person may simply need a little retraining in order for her to come up to the mark.
