No need to be nervous but you are obviously wanting to know the result asap. Some companies do take longer than others to inform their clients.

No, I was surprised there was no actual meeting fax/email voting.

You'll need to know what modifications they are and think about them carefully if it affects your payment.

But accepted is good. I had a payment modification with mine and accepted it and all was fine.

Did he say if they'll ring you soon? x

Just had the phone call, one of the creditors has put forward a large modification in terms of the repayment. I've given RSM further information and they're going back to them with the reasons for our amounts and why the modifications arent reasonable. Their request makes the payment too large, I wouldnt be able to afford it so i guess it's all down to the haggling process for a bit.

Got a funny feeling that this could be left until into the new year now.

They're hoping for today, but really its in the hands of the creditor.
The company acting for them is Grant Thornton.

I think they will be working tomorrow but if it's Payplan then they shut after that until 3rd January so bad luck if you need to contact them.

I've heard Grant Thornton mentioned by our Finance Dept in the company I work for and always got the impression that you'd rather have them working for you than against you. Which makes this a little ironic.
Funnily enough I'm not too stressed as the factor which pushed me into deciding to do this was far worse than anything that this process can throw at me.
