Michael we're at about the same stage as you. Done I & E with Tina and sent all paperwork off about 10 days ago. Any phone calls now I just keep referring them to Melanie's company.

Oh yes - I've since named it the IVA diet - works wonders for the waistline but not so good for the mind! XX

It may all be down to your stae of mind at the moment. Once you begin to come out of the other side of this horrendous process you may start to feel better. If you are at all oncerned about your health then go to your GP who can put your mind at rest. Less you have to worry about the better you will feel.
Stress is a strange thing - you don't really know you have been truly stressed until you start getting better. Then it hits you how bad things actually got for you and that you are actually getting better.

I hope you are okay I read a lot of your posts and you do make me worry - although it does seem to help you posting on here.

i still have worry days, but nothing compared to how low, i've been.. things do get better, promise!!
