hi to you good people

i am having a rubbish new year and need your advice i have approx £22k of debt no job at present however i do have £10k from a house i just sold in turkey if i was to offer this amount in full and final settlement against my debt of £22k how likely do you think it would be accepted ?

I think that this could work with a very low fee IVA which some insolvency practitioners would be happy to discuss with you - alternatively you could try and do individual settlements with each creditor but this may take longer to arrange.

How many creditors make up the £22k?

As you have no income and hence no disposable income I would think that you have a very good chance of success
