If you fully paid up - 100% + fees - and you think you had a few grand over. I would contact them and tell them to cough up.

well i,m still waiting for my cc,,gt promised it would be here this coming week,so fingers crossed,would be nice to get some back,there was over 7,000 after my last payment in April 2011 so with 5 overpayments i,m keeping everything crossed

For clarity: The 100% TheArtist refers to is 100% of the original debt ... not 100% of the projected repayments into the IVA

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I hope I did not give any of you the impression that I treat the Certificate in any form of blase manner - I was just curious to know what is the most important Certificate of Name off the Register. The former is an easy one to do, the latter more difficult - so I will feed back this research to my regulatory body and hope this will be included in their guidance notes.

To be honest - I'll just be glad to make my last payment. Don't need any credit or a mortgage so not worried about the letter either at the moment.
