Well....we now have our Creditors Meeting date through GT; the 6th June at 3.30; is this going to be a lucky day??? I am sure my grandad died on this day! Sorry, superstitious!!! Not far away but scary all the same, I dread to think what will happen if we do not get accepted, whether I can handle the stress of finding another solution or not if case may be....we now have missed over 3 months of payments on some credit cards.... so to start trying to recoup payments if not accepted will be impossible....
Still need to speak to Melanie Giles as still want a second oppinion but not had the opportunity or time....[|)] x

Im sure your proposal will be accepted Bailo, GT are a well respected company and would'nt put your offer forward if they didnt think it would be accepted.

I remember when mine was accepted it was a very nervy time and it is amazing how the bills seem to suddenly stop being delivered overnight.

Good luck and do keep us posted.
IVA Official Completed 27th July 2012!!!

You are in good reliable hands bailo, GT have some faults, but have IP's who do have your best interests at the forefront of their agenda. The proposal they put forward will have been scrutinised and double checked to make sure it contains a solid argument in your favour. Good luck.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

I'm happy to help where I can bailo, but it would not be professionally correct for me to receive and comment upon another firm's IVA proposal when you have already signed up to the process and a creditors meeting has been called. I am sure all will go smoothly for you on the day.
