If the creditors feel that the fees are too much, they can insist on a modification that the IP's fees are reduced.

How much are the fees?

You may be ok with them, it's just that we haven't seen them on here before, but I suppose that every company has to start somewhere.

I am sure that I had a secured loan with red2black about 6 years ago before I lost everything in a divorce.

I think I'd be wary of someone that no one else seems to have used. Make a few calls(i would suggest Melanie who posts on here or David Mond),to discuss whats going on. I would trust no one that just dropped there 2 months fees when asked to.

Jewl has already had a creditors meeting though, which has been adjourned until next week, so is rather stuck at the moment.

Jewl - check your proposal and give us details of what fees are put in your proposal for Nominees and what fees for the Supervisory work please? Don't know why it was adjorned - ask your contact at the firm as to why?

The 2 months fees - was that to be credited to your IVA pot and be part of the 60 payments you are going to make - or is it in addition to the 60 payments?

hi david it was there charges before the iva could be proposed nothing to do with the iva payments and these 2 payments were to be made by direct debit to re2black but i said there was no way i could afford to pay 650 before i even started and for some reason they overlooked the payments and went ahead
