HI EVERYONE,

I AM AWAITING MY DATE FOR MY CREDITORS MEETING, I HAVE A LOAN AND CREDIT CARD WITH EGG AND A LOAN AND A CREDIT WITH HALIFAX ASWELL AS 3 OTHER CREDITORS, DOES ANYONE KNOW IF EGG AND HALIFAX COUNT THE LOAN AND CARD AS ONE OR DO THEY VOTE ON THEM SEPARATELY?

THANKS, RT

They are counted as individual creditors and normally vote as indiviually aswell.

Egg voted seperately on my card and loan and voted 'Yes' on both. They were also incredibly supportive during the process giving me a three month payment break on the loan and freezing the interest on the card providing I made a nominal payment (£5).

Hope this helps.

Normally if they vote yes on one then you can almost gaurentee it will be Yes on the other.

Halifax voted YES on mine, although they are members of TIX (The Insolvency Exchange), and they did increase my monthly payment by £60/month.
