So is there any info that we need before we call or will you just take us through everything when we do and we can start collating info after that?

Yes - best to call or e-mail first, we can take down all of your details and see what options there are for you. Once you have decided on the route you wish to take, then we can start to gather up the information and arrange to meet with you.
